Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches. Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email a photo so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty & hair products)
- Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days for our team to process your order.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays).

USPS
ENGRAVED ITEMS: Takes up to 4-6 weeks for custom orders.
SHIPPING FAQ’s:
FINE JEWELRY AND ORDERS OVER $800
All Fine Jewelry orders or orders valued at over $800 are shipped via USPS and require a signature upon delivery. (this is not a current automation rule)
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. ByJenniferlynn made is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES:
For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. For more information please contact your local customs offices.
LAUNCH & SALES SHIPPING:
Due to the high volume of orders at launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be delayed. We are working hard to make sure you get your package as soon as possible.
SHIPPING PROCESS:
Jenniferlynn made will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped and on route (this can take up to 24 hours to become active).
What do I do if my tracking update says "delivered" but I did not receive my package?
Jenniferlynn made shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, except those sent via USPS and require a signature with fine jewelry. While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product. If you receive a "delivered" message from the carrier but did not receive your package, please contact the carrier and file a claim to be reimbursed after you’ve checked the entire premises of your home. You will need to email a copy of the claim and the final resolution, we will review the claim then email you with our solution. Email it to ByJenniferlynnmade@aol.com
